I made these a couple of weekends ago but forgot to show them...
Cupcakes based on the shot cocktail "Mini Guinness" which is Tia Maria/Kahlua with a Baileys float. The cupcake itself is chocolate coffee and the frosting is Baileys buttercream. They were delicious, if I do say so myself and they will definitely be getting made again!
ooo very nommy, and so neatly piped lol. I need to work on my piping skillz! I am always in too much of a hurry to eat them to pipe nicely hahaha
