This year I'm endeavouring to join in with Darcy's Artful Readers Club - a year long challenge, you can read all the details here.
My twelve books for the year are on the shelf in my sidebar. My book for January is "Wicked Appetite" by Janet Evanovich. I've read quite a few of her novels from the Stephanie Plum series but then I randomly came across this new series.
I'll confess that I started the book a couple of days ago to give me a head start but it was such an easy read that I finished it today - oops! But that gives me a month to do my review and art...the first link up date is the 25th January.
great list! I really want to read world war z before I see the film as apparently the book is tons better.... have fun!
ReplyDeleteSsshhhhhhh....! I did that too Maz...I won't tell if you don't :D XXX
ReplyDeleteI've read The Help and The Host, you have a nice list of books!!! ♥
ReplyDeleteI read that book. Its great.
ReplyDeletewow you are all so keen lol reading your books early haha
ReplyDeleteI do not see your list :(, will try back later! I've been reading ahead too...although, I always read, it's just that now I have an audience! HA!
ReplyDeleteNow that's the sign of a good book, one you pick up and don't put down until it's read!
ReplyDeleteSerious reading called for here! Looking forward to your reviews and artwork.

For some reason I can't see your list on the right hand side (or anything else). I'll have to come back again and see if it re-appears. Look forward to the review of your first books. Have to admit, I'm quite a fast reader and and nearly at the end of my January book - it is quite an easy and compulsive read. Theoretically I should have plenty of time for the artwork, as you say, but .......
ReplyDeleteIt has suddenly appeared - don't know what happened there. Looks an interesting list.
ReplyDeleteI've read a few from Janet Evanovich's other series, they are great too! There are some of those I need to catch up on but since I'm behind as of Fifteen, I stayed with the Plum series for the challenge :)
ReplyDeleteOh now. I can tell I'm going to enjoy your reviews! Have wanted to read World War Z for ages. I really enjoyed The Host - so much more so than the Twilight stuff.
ReplyDeleteREALLY I have read a couple of books on your list, looking forward to reading your reviews.
ReplyDeleteWhoops goodness knows where that REALLY came from!
ReplyDeleteI love books that suck you in and you finish them in a day or two. :) I'm don with min, too. I just need to figure the art part.
ReplyDeleteOoo oh you cheat! Looking forward to your review!
ReplyDeletelooking forward to your choices reviews and art
ReplyDeleteI've seen a few of those books, so I'll be interested in seeing what you have to say. This challenge definitely looks like it will be quite the variety of books!
ReplyDeleteHi Maz! Love your list. I have read some of the Plum series and love them as a light read so I will be interested to see your review of the book from the other series.
